This part was manufactured decades ago by a factory long closed. The part number is imprinted. Part not available. There are modern versions available Try Vickers... Good Luck! I spent over 4 hours researching it.

thank you for spending that time, ,but still does not help me sell this valve, I need something more concrete, the just its a valve, from ebay or a forum where it shows the item,

You asked what it was called and the part number, I gave you both. I also gave you more information than you asked for. So be it. Just list it on Ebay as my description. Anyone needing that part will know it. As for price? That is for you to decide. It is very rare to find an antique's sale price online unless it is a collectable. This is not. Please re-concider my efforts.

I see you what you are saying, but you need to provide a reference link backing up your claim, I dont know the number on it is a part number? maybe its a casting number, I dont know if Vickers make it? can you please provide a reference/proof of your claim, its hard to take your word, with out a reference, especially you new on here and do not have a track record at identifying items, once you build a sound record on here I can take your word on it,
