Steering wheel adapter

References:

I placed one that looked like this on an AC Cobra replica in 1983. The center hole goes on the steering shaft then a large washer and nut held it in place. The threaded bolt holes immediately on either side of the center hole are for a steering wheel puller to remove the adapter and the other small hole is for the horn wire to come through to a center button that was press fitted inside.
