What this is and what it goes to?
Item History: None.
Size: Approximately 12-1/2" in length and 3" in diameter at it's widest point.
Markings: the numbers 14 01 are on the bottom of the larger end, while there is also an insignia on one of the sides along with the numbers 611 written in marker.
