It's a Pilot shaft tool used to remove a Shaft from a standard transmission. Brown case indicates it was made by Snap-on. That is the color they used for some tool. Can also be used to remove wheel bearings on some 4x4 vehicles as well.

Reason: I cannot find any shaft removal tools that look remotely similar to this tool. Snap-On does not currently offer one, either. Perhaps you could just simply link a similar item or what this specifically removes?
