Looks like a part of the grille or rear filler for a 1959 Cadillac Series Sixty-Two. It could also possibly be from a Sedan / Coupe de Ville or an El Dorado, a closer inspection would be needed. All the '59 caddy models used similar knobbed aluminum grill panels.
