They appear to be "knockoffs" of a caliper designed by RuffStuff Specialties Company. The 499 casting number on the backside has been eliminated. They fit the front 3/4 and 1 ton GM pickup trucks and rear conversion kits made by RuffStuff. The dual bleed screws and inlet ports allow them to be used on left or right side.
