Brake booster for a '75-'76 Ford T-bird and Mercury Mark IV. Most of these boosters have a square plate with the 4 studs to mount to the firewall. There's only 2 models that I've seen with the 4 bolts like this has. The other model uses the open hole in the flange instead of the one yours uses.
