This is a universal waterproof fuse/ relay box . Open the cover to see which version. Odds are if it was on machine an accessory was installed and removed but box was left. You can cut the connector off and use on anything that needs a fuse/ relay. Ebay seller shows different versions.

What are these wire specifically supposed to connect to? They do not look like other busbar wires and they don't look like they connect with the battery or winch.
