It's a pipe clamp that's comes with DeWalt's cordless DCE700X2K pipe threader. The kit with the threader is $1700 to $2300. DeWalt's website(3rd link) shows parts for the clamp, but doesn't show the entire assembly or a number for it. 4th link is the instruction manual for the DCE700 threader and clamp.
