This is the baseplate for a junior dragster jackshaft set up and quad support. The 4 holes in the center are the holes for the engine. You are missing several pieces but this is the baseplate. Lynn Haddock put of Tennessee makes these and is still in business today. Choo choo clutches and Haddock LTD are the same entity. Ive included the driveline link, scroll down about the middle of the page and you will see the complete assembly
