It's a camshaft for a GM Ecotec3, 4.3L V6 engine, used in '14-'19 pickup trucks.. There's unique things with this shaft, that make it stand out. The front nose is machined for a variable valve timing gear(VVT), the bare spacing before the first lobe, the second bearing journal is grooved to supply oil for the VVT, and the rear tri-lobe is for the high pressure fuel pump, I can't find a photo on the web of this camshaft. The link has an exploded view of the engine, and if you increase the size of image, part #49 is the camshaft and you can see the likeness. The GM part number is 12633773.
