This is a leaf spring lift shackle made by Dr. Z Fabrication. It's used on Suzuki Samurai 4x4's. Dr. Z makes these in 2 sizes, 1.5" lift and 3/4" lift. The 1.5" ones use an extra part called "missing links" along with the shackle. Yours is probably the 3/4" lift unit.
