This is not a car or truck part. This is a record turntable top tray. Some one has painted it with a Chrysler Corp automotive paint. My guess is this is an Audio Technica top tray or one from a Pioneer turntable but it could be some unknown brand. The first URL shows some custom paint jobs on turntables and a good picture of a Audio Technica. The second URL shows the top of a Pioneer. The third URL shows a can of touch up paint with the Chrysler paint code.
