This is a cooling fan motor for a Chrysler PT Cruiser. It appears to be an original and not an aftermarket part. The aftermarket motors use a cast 3-point fan blade drive that is removable. Yours uses the original stamped steel type that is no longer made. These motors where also used on other Chrysler vehicles with different length wiring leads and plug types.
