This is an exhaust header flange (probably homemade) for a 2002 thru 2006 Jeep Liberty KJ or Wrangler TJ with the 2.4L V8 engine. The URL's show the manifold gasket for the stock exhaust manifold that was used as a template and also what the stock cast iron manifolds look like. The last URL shows what the maker of this flange was trying to accomplish. The one shown is for an earlier model Jeep TJ with the 2.5L engine.
