This is a camshaft for a Ford Flathead V8, 1949 thru 1953. The gear on the front drives the distributor. The gear on the back drives the oil pump. I don't see any ID stamped on the ends so this is probably a stock cam for a truck or a car wit an 8BA V8 engine. The one in the URL is a race cam for a truck made by Isky. Same cam. Different grind profile.
