This is a performance bellmouth air intake pipe for a Mitsubishi. This fits in place of the factory rubber hose and original air filter that comes on the car from the factory. This will work on 2008 thru 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer's with the Evolution turbo engine. These are made by many different companies and come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. The one in the URL supplied is made by STM. Yours is missing the K&N type filter that is most common on performance intake pipes. The maker of yours is unknown.
