This is a rebuilt Mitsubishi brand starter for a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 4.7L engine. It fits 1999 thru 2004 models. The two shown in the URL have slightly different front castings. Mitsubishi made slight changes in production but they are completely interchangeable. Yours is missing the black plastic connector plug. It is usually taken off the old starter and installed on the rebuilt starter before it is installed.
