This is an R8 milling machine arbor. It will fit any milling machine with an R8 spindle. Very common. What the real question is would be what the diameter of the arbor is once the spacers are removed that would determine what size cutter can be mounted on it. Any local machinist can tell you everything you need to know. They come in hundreds of sizes and styles and there is not enough info in the pictures for me to be any more accurate.
