This is a part to a plastic injection mold called a side action, slide action or cam action depending on who you speak to. It is only the back half of the assembly which has the angled hole for the cam pin to actuate it and the angled backside where the wedge locks it when the mold is closed. The front half would bolt to it and contain the molding area. The brass fittings are for water circulation thru the two halves to regulate the temp during molding. It is a shop made piece using H-13 heat treated tool steel. Ones like this are custom for a specific tool and usually not interchangable with other molds. Which difers from a prefab unit or "shelf" or "stock" unit which is universal to be adapted to infinite tools. Thosd are made by companies specializing in mold components that mold builders use to speed up and simplify the mold building process. Identifying the specific mold it is from is impossible unless there were molds found with it that a moldmaker or machinist could check the fit against. Otherwise its kinda like finding a doorknob at a fleamarket and attempting to find the house it came off of. An example of an omni system linked below. They specialize in the universal type units. The part you have is the piece all the way to the left in the picture of the set.
