Those are Antique Pineapple knives from the Islands. Most came from Japan and Okinawa. unusually to see them in the states except in Habachi or Japanese restaurants. A modern version of the same knife is at the link below, There are several different versions When I was stationed in Subic Bay in the Marine Corp a lot of the local farmers carried them in a sheath on their belts. Size: Approximately 15-1/4" in length, the width of the blade (closed because it is rusted shut) is 3-3/4" in width and the handle is 1-1/4" in diameter.
