It's a CLUTCH BASKET/PRIMARY CHAIN SPROCKET for a Honda CB750 motorcycle, 1969-1978. SOHC (single overhead cam) models. The two chain sprockets are for the chain that comes from the crankshaft. The small gear is to turn the oil pump. Will not fit 1979-1982 DOHC models, or the CB750A; the A has a link-plate chain, not a roller chain like yours.
