This is a dropped pitman arm. Used on 4x4 trucks and Jeeps to correct the steering geometry after the suspension has been raised to gain ground clearance. This one appears to be made by Skyjacker because of the casting style. It probably fits the Ford Super Duty trucks (F250 & F350) because of it's size.
