Again, these are a HD shaft coupler, the ones in the link are not exact but very close. they connect a motor and a shaft. You did not offer a shaft size (bore), so I have no idea how much horse power they are rated at.

It's a flexible coupling joint. I could not find the exact one, but I found a similar one that works in the same way.
