They are rollers for a Multiquip MB25A rebar bender. The 3, 4 and 6 represent the size of the rebar in eighths of an inch, that the roller is used for. The ebay listing has ended, but hopefully the first link will open the expired listing. Second link is a set of rollers and collars(collars don't have bearings).
