This is a gate valve handle . Without a view from other side it is pretty much impossible to say wich manufacturers it Will fit . Usually there's a small metal ring with size etc. on it that goes with the handle . Their are a large number of different brands and they are commonly used in oilfield and other businesses . I will post a link to an oilfield supply company that carries a large number of the different brands of gate valves .
