These are performance front lower control arms for a Mazda Miata MX5. These are made by many different companies and have many different designs. Yours appears to be one of the more exotic with the spherical ball ends. The first URL provided is the stock Mazda part. The second URL shows another style using the spherical ball ends. The third URL shows a design using stock bushings and mounting style.
