This is a custom made small block chevy left or driver side hedder. It has at least 2" tubes. The reason it has the odd bolt pattern is because it bolts to an adapter plate which allows this to bolt to the cylinder head. You have to have the adapter plate because this large a pipe will not bolt directly to the head with the factory exhaust bolt pattern/ The adapter plate uses counter sunk manifold bolts to bolt to the head and then standard bolt to bolt the pipes on

1)

It's a custom made Datsun 1500/1600 header. Pay special attention to the bolt pattern on the flange. Finding an exact copy of this pipe would be impossible because it was made for a specific application. But I linked a similar header with the same type of flange.

I'm having trouble verifying your answer. I'm worried that this may also be a Shorty Header for Jeep Wrangler 2.5L 1991-2002. If you can confirm which one it is, I should be able to accept.

2)

let side exhaust header from 70 s Camero with 305 or 350 CID tight fit hard to install

I can't find any 1970s camaros with a matching intake pattern. Can you link web pages with the actual item perhaps? General websites don't really help me prove you are right.

3)

Exhaust header for a Jeep Cherokee or wrangler with a 2.5L may also fit a dodge Dakota with the same engine.

Reason:
The cylinder & bolt hole pattern are close, but this one has a 3 bolt flange on the end, and every jeep or dodge I could find only had 2 bolts.
