I'd Like to Know:
I'd like to know what make/model/year it fits and where I can find it online.
Opinions
This is almost assuredly a power steering pump with it's pressure switch. The silver-colored valve is in fact the electrical portion, referred to as the pressure switch, while the bottom portion of the device indicates it sits within a self contained reservoir that's missing. The two ports are simply the feed and return line ports, connecting the reservoir with the rack & pinion.
