As a " Jeep guy", this is easy. It the LEFT exhaust manifold for a 2007-2010 Jeep Wrangler with the 3.8L V6. I noticed you haven't accepted my prior submission so I thought I should expound on it. This is an aftermarket manifold. The factory part number is 4666024AD. Here is the link to a factory manifold https://www.ebay.com/itm/252927545635 which includes more photos. The year range for the factory manifold varies slightly 2008-2011) which might be associated with the stud being included on the factory manifold where it is absent on the reproduction manifold.
