What this is exactly and what it's uses are?
Item History: None.
Size: It is 9-7/8" in length and roughly about 1" in diameter.
Markings: On the front the most legible are these numbers and letters 657, T-1, 6832910-1 Meritor. While on the back there is NS088220003 x1 CB07 .handwritten.
