It's a YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE CLUTCH inner housing and outer pressure plate. There are 5 metal and 6 fiber clutch plates that are sandwiched between the two parts. Then 5 springs go in the holes of the cover, then bolts and washers. The Yamaha symbol of three tuning forks is visible on both parts--- It comes from Yamaha's beginnings as a maker of musical instruments. Looks like RD350 1974-5.
