It's a Bendix "8 screw" brake booster for a late '50s early '60s Ford and Lincoln. Hard to find any online references for it. GM used that booster on some similar year car models. Ford/Lincoln used a sweeping vacuum tube, where GM used a tee shaped tube . The first link is for a Ford/Lincoln rebuild kit and there's a picture showing the sweeping vaccum tube. The second link shows the GM version with the tee tube.
