Help Identify propeller

definitely not a prop. a prop would have a graduated twist on each blade. this is more likely either an inlet guide vane on an axial-flow pump, or an axial impeller, both used in material handling, etc. definitely a production piece and made for intense material handling that brass couldnt tolerate- thus the polymer cast. could be anything from food items- if the coating is food grade- to various chemicals.
