Electric motor end bell. There are so many different styles and sizes of motors out there that it will be really tough to find the one that your piece goes to. I gave some examples in the links. The 2 holes in the round center section are for greasing, one gets a grease zerk the other a plug. You would remove the plug and stop pumping in grease when clean grease comes out the hole.
