Conveyor Roller / Spindle

I'd Like to Know:

Make, model, Use, etc

Item History: 2 different size Bearings at either end. One Bearing is FAG Japanese made. The other in SKF Italian made. The small Spindle shaft sticking out is 5mm Dia. The other large Spindle is 19mm Dia and threaded on the inside (5/16 or 3/8 Metric equivalent). I'm assuming the V cuts on one edge are for the round rubber dive belts
