I would like to know what this is, what it goes to, how old it is, what it is used for and who manufactures it. Thanks.

Size: It is approximately 11" in overall length.
Markings: YS, 0, 2, and what I believe to be an 80.
Opinions
1)
small engine crank. Briggs & Stratton/Techumseh/Kohler/Honda, that kind of thing. Most likely not repairable for the damage on the rod throw. save your self some time and toss it in the scrap bin.
