I would like to know what this is specifically, what it goes to, what it does, what it's used for and who manufactures it. Thanks.

Size: It is 5-1/8" in overall length. Its shaft is 1-3/4" OD, 1-1/8" ID, while the base is 3-1/4" in diameter. 24 teeth, 12 3/8'' bolt holes. 1.275'' spline recess to recess. 2.5'' Bolt hole diameter eye to eye.

you need to include in your information how many teeth are on the internal spline, how many bolt holes are in the opposite end (flange end), diameter of each hole and the bolt circle diameter.
