That part appears to be an in-tank fuel pump. Looks to be missing the outlet feed tube. The yellow cap on the bottom is where a filter would attach. Could not locate the exact brand but the reference link shows multiple styles such as the AEM fuel pump [most similar].

Reason: Thank you for the opinion, but the one I have is lot bigger then the inline fuel pump, also the yellow cap does not come off as it is attached to the unit,
