I agree it is a Galvanized Gazebo Rafter Tie. Center bracket is just for rafters to butt against. Appears to be light duty since most have U-shaped rafter brackets. May also be a retrofit post bases since the center bracket can be opened and wrapped around an existing hexagon shaped post. Unknown manufacturer.

Opinions

1)

It is a construction bracket to attach a hex post which has been cut out of a 6 x 6 timber. (approx 5-1/2" hex) It can be used for vertical posts. It can be used for the center connection for the roof framing of a 6 sided gazebo. The holes are for lag screws, nails, or Simpson Strong-Tie screws. Simpson Strong-Tie is the name brand of construction brackets, but they do not seem to have one like this. References given are similar examples, not exact. I would call these "Hex Post Brackets" or "Gazebo Center Post Brackets".
