It's a keyed drive shaft for an Eaton/Vickers 4525V series hydraulic pump. The part number is 361762. The second link is a parts list for various Vickers pumps. On page 4, at the left side column, bottom of the section labeled 'Shafts', shows the pump model 4525V using the 361762 shaft.
