Hand Tool, spring-loaded mechanism

This is an automotive valve lapping/grinding tool. you put the loose valve in the seat with some grinding or lapping compound an use the tool, with a drill attached, to spin the valve in its seat. the reference I found on ebay is similar, but with a gear reducer where your tool handle is.

Thank you for your answer, but I'm having trouble verifying your reference. The tools that I have have black plastic caps and what I think is a brass shaft. I could not find any lapping tools that were plastic. Any other ideas?
