It is definitely the LA sleeve head shown in the link above. The bolt pattern is exactly the same. You are missing the bottom plate and the domes. LOOK AT THE ACTUAL PIC IN THE LINK

This goes to a hydrologic pump. The last one like this i encountered went to a metal fabrication machine. I fixed the pump because ut wasnt working

Possibly an end plate for a hydraulic pump . It would have counter- rotating shafts, vastly increasing pressures.

Cylinder head cover for a two stroke twin motorcycle or quad. More than likely a Yamaha banshee. It's missing the cylinder domes.

It's a cool head that fits a yfz350 Yamaha banshee 1987-2006 , it's missing the domes

This is an aftermarket performance head for a 2 stroke twin engine. It’s most likely a prototype for a head with interchangeable domes since it’s not branded. This could be for a snowmobile or jet ski but the bolt pattern is very much like this LA Sleeve aftermarket cylinder setup which is either out of stock or discontinued.
