I'd Like to Know:
I would like to know what this item is and what it is used for? I believe it is a car part but I don't know anything else about it. If anyone knows what this is exactly and be able to tell me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Size: It is 8-1/2" long
Markings: It has S7C on one of the sides towards the bottom, on the bottom there is 4 B 11.
