Without an MPN nothing solid, but looks like a straight blind flanged thermowell, usually made of stainless 304 or 316. They also usually have a bore down the shaft and out the other side of the flange. I can tell you that flange on top is a flat blind maybe 16" or 18" 150lb or 10" or 12" 300lb class. Besides that I got nothing, they're not worth much I don't think
