This appears to be a Hitachi S13-32 / S13-32A starter. It is a 12V, 9-tooth, clockwise-rotation starter used on Ford 1910 and 2110 compact tractors. Cross references include Ford/New Holland SBA185086350 and SBA185086141, and Lester 17299.
