Thats a bull plug for either a radial cement bond tool or a compensated neutron tool. I have no earthly idea what brand it is as every single downhole tool manufacturer is different. It looks like a hotwell, interlog or an old style Weatherford tool. It could possibly even be for an old Halliburton tool. Schlumberger used a similar style pin and socket assembly on their tools years back as well.
