This appears to be a vane pump rotor for a Bobcat hydraulic pump. The size of yours looks correct and the spline count is the same as the one in the link I've suppliedbut without exact measurements it's impossible to be 100% sure. The link provided shows the rotor with it's housing. This rotor should fit all Bobcat models from 620 thru 743B.
