What SPECIFIC engine & years does this fit? It looks like 4g63 and DR20DET but the end of the camshaft has tapered end not like a normal cam.

the cam referenced looks little different, the one I have the end of the camshaft has long tapered end not like a normal cam, or the one referenced

Rejecting and adding more photos. This is very close to the 4G63 and SR20DET cams, but the pin and slots on the ends do not line up with the 4g63 and sr20 cams online. I can accept the first correct answer that is not a stock image
