They're rocker for a new designed 2017 Harley Davidson Milwaukee 8. These are factory rockers, because they do not have a a lash adjuster for the end valve(aftermarket arms have an adjuster). In the 1st youtube video, starting at the 14 second mark, you will see the valve rockers and that there's no adjuster. In the second video, the rockers are shown starting at 7:50 minute mark. The 3rd link shows aftermarket rockers with the lash adjusters.
